Simply the best introduction to SharePoint that I've ever read. Five of the nine chapters are devoted to speaking plainly about what elements make up a site.
There are pictures on every page which makes this paperback book a very quick read.
The last four chapters talk about creating lists that are specific to project management like risks and change requests but I think that even people who do not manage projects will benefit from seeing an example of when to use a SharePoint site all the way through from creation to archive.
While this book is not going to teach Project Managers anything new about PMP methodology, I think it's real value lies in helping any member of a project team to easily grasp the concepts of why SharePoint is a great tool for evaluating risk, reporting progress, and helping everyone on the project stay on task.
